Why Am I So Unhappy?

Unhappiness, discontent, worthlessness.
"Why am I so unhappy?" Why am I here?
Is there a reason for my life?"
Such heartfelt questions are not uncommon.
Every person has a need to feel important and special. To be just one among
many is frustrating and lonely.
The good news is that GOD HAS A PLAN FOR YOUR
LIFE.
The first step in this plan is that you would
become His child by receiving Jesus as Lord of your life. This happens when
you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and truly believe that God raised
Him from the dead. (Romans 10:9-10)
Now, as a child of God, He has an
individualized plan for your life. You are a unique person created by God. You
are His workmanship. He has prepared beforehand good works that you should do.
"How do I know what these works are?"
As you read the Bible daily, God's will becomes
known to you. And as you begin DOING WHAT YOU KNOW TO DO, you will find that
God is using you every day to be a blessing to others. You are SPECIAL to God.
You can touch the lives of people no one else can, in ways no one else can.
God's ministry to others through you is unique! God wants to bless people
around you, and He needs YOU to be obedient!
The neat part is that as you are used by God in
helping others, you will feel happy knowing your life is meaningful. This kind
of TRUE PEACE and TRUE JOY only comes from walking in the will of God and
fulfilling His plan for your life.
